On April 17, 2025, in Hanoi, the KAS-HBC Joint Venture and SND Vina Co., Ltd officially signed the construction contract for the SND Hanoi project with a total contract value of 1,000 billion VND.

The SND Hanoi project boasts an impressive scale located in a prime location in Hanoi City, comprising 2 towers of 37 and 40 floors above ground along with 4 basement levels. The total floor area of the project reaches over 200,000 m², of which the basement area accounts for more than 70,000 m². For this project, KAS-HBC Joint Venture will be responsible for constructing the basement structure, including components such as bored piles, diaphragm walls, and basement foundation structures.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Le Viet Hai - representative of Hoa Binh Construction Group expressed: "We are honored to be awarded this large-scale project from SND Vina. This is not only recognition of Hoa Binh's capabilities but also an opportunity for us to affirm our position in the Northern market.
