Originating from Trust in the Celadon City Mega-Township

In 2011, Hoa Binh Construction Group was honored to lay the first bricks for the construction of two blocks, A and B, in Plot A2 of the Ruby Precinct within the Celadon City Mega-Township (Ho Chi Minh City). This was also the genesis of the close cooperative relationship between Hoa Binh Construction Group and the developer Gamuda Land.

The initial success created a solid foundation, helping Hoa Binh continue to be a trusted partner in many other Gamuda Land projects, including high-end apartment complexes like Diamond Alnata and Diamond Centery (part of Celadon City), as well as numerous components at the Gamuda Garden Mega-Township (Hanoi).

Eaton Park - A Continuation of Trust

The groundbreaking of Eaton Park Phase 1 on the first day of 2025 is the continuation of that trust that Gamuda Land has placed in Hoa Binh. In this project, Hoa Binh Construction Group takes on the role of the Main Contractor for the construction of two towers, A5 and A6, providing the market with nearly 700 comfortable, modern apartments, bringing peace amidst the busy city.

The Eaton Park project is strategically located on Mai Chi Tho Street, adjacent to the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. The total area is over 3.769 hectares with 6 towers ranging from 29 to 41 floors, comprising 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, commercially designed shophouses, and a variety of smart amenities.

With the highlight being the Biophilic design, Eaton Park is not simply about bringing fresh green spaces but also about recreating the feeling of nature nearby, allowing future residents to perceive it through their multiple senses in a natural environment, fostering closeness, connection, and bringing a sense of relaxation and peace to the living space.

As the final months of the year approach, from the initial blueprint, the modern and comfortable living space is gradually taking shape, bursting with its own distinct colors. We are proud to contribute our part to co-create "The Epitome of Excellence" at Eaton Park in the heart of the bustling metropolis.
