On November 28, 2025, in Tay Ninh province, Hoa Binh Construction Group, in collaboration with the Investor, DB Group (Ecopark Founder), held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ben Luc Commune Ecological Urban, Commercial, and Tourism Area Project in Tay Ninh province (Eco Retreat).

Accordingly, Hoa Binh Construction Group is taking on the role of General Contractor for the construction of the structural work, exterior finishing, and drainage system for Subdivision 5 (242 units) and Subdivision 6 (221 units) of the Eco Retreat project.

Located on the Ben Luc River, at the strategic "gateway" to the Southwest of Ho Chi Minh City—an area currently benefiting from strong and increasingly complete infrastructure investment—Eco Retreat promises a revolution in redefining the modern living space. Spanning 220 hectares and built with the dedication of the Ecopark founder to enhance the quality of life, the project is expected to become one of the leading ecological, commercial, and resort urban areas in the Southeastern region of Vietnam.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh – General Director of DB Group (Ecopark Founder), representing the investor, stated:

Selected as the General Contractor for this crucial project, Hoa Binh is committed to prioritizing the maximum mobilization of resources, including: high-quality, experienced human resources; and advanced, modern equipment. The primary goal is to ensure the construction of Eco Retreat Subdivisions 5 and 6 is safe, compliant with quality and technical standards, and completed according to the committed schedule with the Investor.
