On June 30th, 2021, Hoa Binh Construction Group officially topped off the Cobi Tower I tower 7 days ahead of schedule.

Located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Cobi Tower I & II is invested by Cobi One Company Limited, Hoa Binh is the general construction contractor for Finishing, MEP & Facade. The project has a scale of 2 basements, 2 tall towers that are 20 and 17 floors respectively. It is expected to be handed over to investors in December 2021.

This is the second project that Hoa Binh has cooperated with Cobi Group after the Cobi Home Trade Center project in Long Hau Industrial Park in Long An province. This is a trade center specializing in providing and distributing construction materials and furniture.
