Recently, Hoa Binh Construction Group has received a letter of winning the bidding for three new projects with a total value of 1,554 billion VND, namely:

Sky Oasis Residence (CT07) Sky Oasis Residence is located in Van Giang commercial and tourist urban area in Van Giang district, Hung Yen province. This is a complex project of commercial center and apartment building invested by Ecopark Group Joint Stock Company with scale of 2 basements and 41 floors. Hoa Binh Construction Group is the general contractor for design and construction, with a total contract value of nearly 1,500 billion VND, and duration is 614 days.

The second project is the design package for Vu Phuc Social Housing project in Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province, which is invested by Dragon Group. The project has an area of ​​over 1.1 hectar, the building consists of 9 floors. Hoa Binh won a contract to design this project with a total value of nearly 4 billion dong and it is also the first social housing project that won the design contract.

The third project is Cobi Tower 1 and Cobi Tower 2 (Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) invested by Cobi One Co., Ltd. The project has a scale of 2 basements, 2 tall towers of 20 and 17 storey. Hoa Binh is the main contractor for constructing foundation and tunnel structures with a total value of nearly 50 billion VND, with a construction duration of 95 days. This is the next project that Cobi One has entrusted to the group. Currently, Hoa Binh is executing the project of Cobi Cif Trade Center in Long An specializing in supplying and distributing construction materials and furniture. On 30/4/2020, Hoa Binh successfully poured 2,000m3 of concrete on the first floor including zone 1 and zone 3 of the main building block and is expected to be handed over in November 2020. The winning of new bidding packages is also a positive signal of Hoa Binh overcoming difficulties caused by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
