On the morning of May 5^th, 2021, Hoa Binh Construction Group held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Aqua Riverside City project in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

The project is invested by Long Hung Phat Real Estate Investment Company Limited (under NovaLand Group). Hoa Binh is the main contractor for construction, rough finishing and MEP pipes of 309 apartments including townhouses, duplex villas, garden villas, shophouses in area B1a.3 and area B1a.4.

Aqua City project is located on National Highway 51, Vanh Dai Street, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway, in Long Hung Commune, City. Bien Hoa, Dong Nai are right in the center connecting the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City with the southern provinces.
