Vietnam’s Corona Resort & Casino in Phu Quoc has launched a new premium mass gaming space offering private tables and higher betting limits for its top players.
The Corona Premium Mass area is described by the property’s operating team, Upffinity Gaming Management,as a space “exclusively designed for discerning guests who appreciate high-stakes gaming and a uniquely personalized service experience”.
It offers a variety of baccarat variants as well as roulette, blackjack and Russian Poker with limits as high as VND20 million (US$775) for roulette and VND1 billion (US$38,715) for baccarat.
The company said the Corona Premium Mass area provides guests with access to private tables, higher betting limits and priority entry plus “top-tier service, absolute privacy and an elite environment” for players and their “chosen companions”.
Corona Resort & Casino is one of only two casinos in Vietnam at which locals are permitted entry and the only one for which locals play has been authorized on a permanent basis. The Grand Ho Tram, located outside Ho Chi Minh City, was recently granted locals play under a five-year pilot program.
Corona previously took part in a three-year pilot that started in 2019 before being granted a permanent exemption in November.
