Hoa Binh and SOI cooperate in solar energy

Hoa Binh and SOI will jointly invest in building a new RTS system, Hoa Binh will participate as the EPC general contractor in both projects.

Recently, Hoa Binh Construction Group and Shire Oak International (SOI) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the development of solar power.

Accordingly, Hoa Binh and SOI will jointly invest in building a new RTS system on industrial buildings; invest in existing or under construction RTS systems to take over from the owners of such buildings; Invest in onshore wind farm projects at completion stage and offshore wind farm projects; Invest in the wind power network and distribution system. At the same time, Hoa Binh will also introduce to SOI potential projects for SOI to invest and develop. SOI will assign Hoa Binh the exclusive right to be the EPC contractor for all projects introduced by Hoa Binh. Specifically, Hoa Binh Renewable Energy and Investment Joint Stock Company (HRE) - a member company of Hoa Binh will participate in the role of EPC general contractor in the projects that the two sides cooperate.

Shire Oak International (SOI) was founded in 2002 in Scotland and is a professional developer of renewable energy. Shire Oak has been present in Vietnam since 2009 and has invested in many rooftop solar (RTS) projects. In the Vietnamese market, SOI is oriented to cooperate with strategic partners in the construction and renewable energy markets and has a good relationship with factory owners, factory developers, industrial parks, and manufacturers to develop wind and solar power farms.
