Diamond Centery is the final construction phase of the Celadon City urban area. Hoa Binh Construction Group is the main contractor for construction of 6 15-storey blocks with 746 units including 714 apartments, 16 duplex apartments and 16 penthouses.

On the morning of May 16, 2022, Hoa Binh Construction Group and Gamuda Land Joint Stock Company started construction of Diamond Centery subdivision in Celadon City urban area.

Celadon City is a high-class ecological urban area located in Tan Phu district, with a scale of up to 82 hectares. This is considered a model green urban area with modern, luxurious architecture, in harmony with nature and has been honoured with the World Silver Award within the framework of the FIABC World Prix d ‘Excellence Award in the category of General Planning.

The event of commencing construction of Diamond Centery has an important role and meaning because this is the final construction phase of Celadon City urban area. Diamond Centery has a scale of 5.5 hectares, accounting for 70% of the apartment construction area. Participating in this project, Hoa Binh is the main contractor for construction of 6 15-storey blocks with 746 units including 714 apartments, 16 duplex apartments and 16 penthouses, construction land area is 2.82 ha with construction density accounting for 30.6 %. Expected completion is in April 2024 and is expected to set a new, higher standard of living for the Ho Chi Minh City real estate market when this subdivision is completed.

On October 10, 2011, Hoa Binh Construction Group was honoured to lay the first bricks to start construction of two blocks A and B in Plot A2 Ruby area of ​​Celadon City project. These are also the first bricks to start and build a close cooperation relationship between Hoa Binh Construction Group and investor Gamuda Land. From the first two blocks of Ruby area, Hoa Binh was honoured to accompany Gamuda Land to build Celadon City urban area in Ruby areas, Emerald Precinct area, Diamond Alnata Plus area with 3,150 apartments, 38 shophouses, 114 sky-linked Villas as well as The Two Residences are part of Gamuda Garden project in Hanoi with 550 apartments.
