“300,000 safe hours” is the result of the harmonious cooperation between the Investor, BW Hai Duong Industrial Development One Member Co., Ltd., and Hoa Binh’s Management Board and accompanying partners.

Recently, at BW Hai Duong factory, Hoa Binh Construction Group's management team was pleased to welcome the certificate of 300,000 safe working hours. This is one of the clearest examples of the work of ensuring occupational safety in the projects constructed by Hoa Binh.

During the time of "rain and sun" at the construction site, Hoa Binh’s management team and 5 personnel from the Safety Department and personnel from the Security Department worked closely and continuously on site to ensure the safety of the project with an area of ​​more than 12 hectares. Many advanced and modern management measures have been carefully discussed and implemented methodically. Most importantly, the management team always ensures the most accurate and timely circulation of safety skills for employees at all working positions.

During the most stressful time of the Covid-19 epidemic, BW Hai Duong's management team dedicated itself to ensure progress as committed to the Investor. Personnel entering and leaving the construction site are always equipped with masks, disinfecting sprays, medical declarations and body temperature measurements.

Quang Gia Cau, a worker of Hai Phat contractor said: “We listen to the management team to train on safety rules every week. At each construction site, on site there are instructions and requirements to ensure maximum safety. If I go to work in the morning without enough hats, jackets and safety shoes, the security personnel won't let me enter the construction site."

Nguyen Huu Tuan, a contractor worker in Kien Nam, was excited: "I've worked as a worker in some other projects before, but only when I worked at Hoa Binh's project did I understand better the meaning of safety in construction. Thank you Hoa Binh brothers and sisters for patiently guiding us so that every day we can return to our wives intact” (laughs).

“300,000 safe hours” are the fruits achieved from the smooth coordination between the Investor, BW Hai Duong Industrial Development One Member Co., Ltd., Hoa Binh’s Management Board and accompanying partners throughout the construction project. This is also the most incentivising encouragement for the entire management team and workers to continue to strictly adhere to safety regulations during the next construction period - to bring the project to the finish line with safety, quality and speed.
