On May 18, 2024, AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. and General Contractor Kajima - Hoa Binh officially started construction of the AEON Tan An project in Tan An City (Long An). The total value of the project construction contract reached nearly 550 billion VND.

AEON Tan An project has a scale of 1 basement and 4 floors, mezzanine and attic with an area of ​​more than 21.000 m2, total construction time is about 16,5 months, expected to be completed and handed over in Quarter III/ 2025.

Once completed, AEON Tan An will become a large-scale commercial center in Long An province, expected to significantly change the appearance of the satellite city area west of Saigon. The project will contribute to promoting residential life, becoming a new destination for shopping and entertainment activities for local people.

Aeon Tan An not only positively impacts the economic, cultural and social life but also creates momentum for the surrounding real estate market to heat up. Mr. Le Viet Hai - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh Construction Group, representing the contractor consortium, pledged to always make every effort to fully meet technical requirements, bring the project to its destination safely, with quality and safety. on schedule, strictly complying with regulations and procedures on occupational safety and hygiene, fire and explosion prevention within the project and surrounding areas.
