In the morning on 16/12/2017, Hoa Binh Construction Group and Song Ngoc Garment Limited Company held a topping out ceremony of Block B1of Tara Residence. This project is topped out earlier 7 days compared to the plan.

Tara Residence Project has a size of 15,000 m2 including one basement and four 20-storey blocks. Hoa Binh is the main contractor of this project. During the construction, although there were difficulties due to the influence of heavy rains, Hoa Binh has overcome those obstacles to complete the project earlier in order to satisfy the investor. Therefore, the investor highly appreciated for Hoa Binh’s achievement. It is estimated to top out Block B2 in this December, and Blocks A1 & Block A2 before Lunar New Year.
