By the end of Quarter 2 in 2018, Hoa Binh Construction Group (HBC) has been assigned 5 new projects with total value of over VND5,000 billion.

In particular, Imperial City Joint Venture Company (Keppel Land Joint Venture, Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company, Gaw Capital and Tran Thai Group) have assigned Hoa Binh to be general contractor of Empire City project in Thu Thiem, District 2, HCMC. The project scale is 14.6 hectares including 3,700 high-end apartments, offices, retail area, and 86-storey complex tower. Total value of this package is about VND 3,037 billion.

The second project is Mizuki Park project (Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). Hoa Binh is the general D&B contractor of this project invested by the joint ventures of Nishi - Nippon Railroad, Hankyu Realty and Nam Long Investment JSC. Total contract value is over VND1,497 billion. The project size is 26 hectares. It is expected to hand over the project in November 2019.

The third project is the foundation and basement construction package of Dragon Hill Premier Apartment (District 5, HCMC) invested by Sai Gon Vina Real Estate JSC (Land Sai Gon). Total value of this construction is about VND226 billion.

Additionally, the investors have continued to assign Hoa Binh to construct new projects in their current projects. In particular, Sun Group has assigned the phase 2 of Euro Shophouse project (164 five-storey shophouses in Ha Long, Quang Ninh with total value of VND264 billion). In Phu Quoc, Hoa Binh has been assigned to construct the reinforced concrete structure and basic finishing the clubhouse and swimming pool area (2,500 m2) of Club House 2 project - Vinpearl Phu Quoc with the value of over VND45 billion.

Up to the first 6 months, total value of construction packages that Hoa Binh has obtained is VND14,342 billion. Besides, in June, Hoa Binh received a very positive evaluation from the investors when topping out Riviera Point project earlier 3 months compared to the plan, as well as Serenity Sky Villas project timely with millions hours of labor safety.
