Hoa Binh won a bid for a school project worth nearly 200 billion VND

Hoa Binh Construction Group has just received a letter announcing the winning bid for a new project in Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi with a contract value of nearly 200 billion VND.

On the very first working day after the lunar new year, Hoa Binh Group received news of its winning bid. Le Quy Don - Tay Do Secondary School under Phenikaa University has assigned Hoa Binh Construction Group to be the main contractor for the project to build the Primary, Secondary and High Schools in Hanoi.

The project includes a 5-storey primary block and a 7-storey middle and high school block on a total land area of 6.6ha. It is expected that the project will be started at the end of March 2021 under a very pressing schedule of just 4 months.

This is the first project that Hoa Binh Group will cooperate with Phenikaa Group. Phenikaa is a Vietnamese economic group established in 2010, operating in 4 core areas: Technology, Industry, Education and Training & Scientific Research.

In addition, right before the 2021 lunar new year, in Hanoi, Hoa Binh has also completed two large projects safely, in accordance with the required schedule and with a high degree of quality. Specifically, the company topped off the roof of the Vingroup Vinfast Office Building project 33 days ahead of schedule. This is the tallest and most prominent tower of the great Vinhomes Ocean Park project with the scale of 3 basements and 45 floors. Next on February 5^th, 2021 (on the 24th of the Lunar New Year), Hoa Binh topped off the roof of the Four Seasons Hotel project - the first 6-star hotel in Hanoi with 5 basements at a depth of 22m and 8 floors construction under the full top - down method.
