The Institute of Architecture – The organizing unit of the competition announces the results of the architectural design competition for the "Biti's Northern Vietnam Commercial Center" project as follows:

Construction Location: Yen Nghia Industrial Cluster, Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City

Competition Format: Limited Competition Investor: Binh Tien Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company Limited. Address: 22 Ly Chieu Hoang Street, Ward 10, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City

Competition Organizing Consultant: Institute of Architecture – Vietnam Association of Architects. Address: No. 40 Tang Bat Ho Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City

The competition was organized in the form of a limited competition. After the announcement period until May 15, 2024, the competition received high-quality entries. The Judging Council seriously dedicated sufficient time to review the proposals. The scoring method and criteria were implemented by the Organizing Committee to ensure objectivity, honesty, straightforwardness, respect for the complete consulting products, and absolute fairness and transparency.

On May 21, 2024, the Organizing Committee conducted the judging session for the Judging Council to select the most optimal方案 that aligns with the approved design brief.
