On the morning of January 1st, 2021, Hoa Binh Construction Group completed the tiling of the first floor, and officially closed the hatch cover of the Samsung R&D Center project in Tay Ho urban area. West, North Tu Liem district, Hanoi.

This project is invested by Samsung Electronics Vietnam, with 3 basements, 16 floors with a total floor area of ​​44 thousand m2. Hoa Binh Construction Group is the contractor performing the excavation, splashing and structural works of the tunnel. The achievement of this significant milestone on New Year's Eve is a testament to the efforts of Hoa Binh's staff with 70 workers involved in the construction of this floor plot.

It is expected that the project will be handed over by Hoa Binh Construction Group to the investor (Samsung Electronics Vietnam) by the end of August 2021.
